Bolognese Tacos

Ingredients- for the wraps:
8 mini wraps
Olive oil spray
30g reduced fat cheddar
50g mozzarella
For the bolognese:
1 onion
2 peppers
1 carrot
1 celery
1 garlic
500g 5% fat beef mince
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
Salt + pepper
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tin of tomatoes + 1/4 tin of water
1 beef stock pot
Instructions
Cook the veg in some fry light spray/oil until softened.
Add the garlic then the mince and cook until browned, then add the tomato purée, salt, pepper and oregano, the Worcester sauce, stock and tinned tomatoes along with 1/4 can full of water.
Stir and leave to simmer for 20 mins or longer
Dip one side of each wrap into the bolognese then add into a frying pan dipped side down with a spray of oil on a medium-high heat.
Scoop some of the mix and then cheeses onto one side of each wrap.
Fold the empty side over, and let it fry for 1 minute, then flip it over for another minute or until it’s golden and crispy
