Shepherds pie seasoning mix
400g tenderstem broccoli
Tsp tomato puree & garlic puree
70g lightest Philadelphia for mash
Tsp mustard
20ml skimmed milk
20g reduced gravy granules

Cut up your potatoes and put on to boil
Fry off your onion, carrot and beef mince
Instructions
Add your seasoning plus garlic and tomato puree
Add a splash of your boiling water from your potatoes to loosen the mix
Divide into 2 ramekins
Mash potatoes with your Philadelphia, mustard and milk
Add to your ramekins
Cook for 30-45 minutes until the mash is browned, serve with tenderstem and extra gravy 😮💨
