Cardamom Cashew Granola — I Double Dare You to Make This and

Ingrédients

dry ingredients •

3 cups rolled oats

1 cup raw cashews

1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds

1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup hemp/flax seeds

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cardamom

wet ingredients •

1/4 cup avocado oil

1/3 cup nut butter of choice

1/3 cup honey/maple syrup

Instructions

Place and dry ingredients into a bowl and combine. Add the wet ingredients to a separate bowl and this together.

Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Add the wet into the dry ingredients and mix well until evenly coated. Spread the mixture onto the tray and even out into a single layer.

Place in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes, mixing once halfway through. Let cool down completely before breaking apart into chunks and storing in an airtight jar/container outside the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
