Ingrédients

250 grs Gorgonzola Cheese

750 grs Gouda Cheese Grated

750 grs Mozzarella Cheese

125 grs Parmesan Cheese

175 grs Butter

2 sprigs Sage

4 Garlic Cloves

*Leftovers Parmesan Crusts into the sauce

Instructions

1. Add 2 liiters of 35% Cream in a pot with sage, butter and garlic cloves, take a look of not boiling and remove garlic and sage when start bubbling.

2. Add Gorgonzola cheese until completely dissolve into the cream, start adding the other cheeses. Let it cool down.
