Stuffed Mushrooms

20 fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup melted butter
6 slices bacon, cut up
1/2 cup stuffing mix (croutons)
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. thyme
3/4 cup chopped onion
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
Wash mushrooms. Snap off stems and mince. Microwave stems, bacon, onion, parsley, and thyme for 2-4 minutes on high. Add croutons and stir until moist. Beat cream cheese and add cheddar cheese to mixture. Place butter in a circle on a microwave-safe dish. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and arrange on butter circle. Microwave on high for 5 minutes or until done.
