Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Ingrédients

**Scaled**

1 1/3 cups scaled milk

**COMBINE**

1 1/2 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon sea salt]

1/4 teaspoon pepper

**SLICE**

2 2/3 cup thinly sliced potatoes about 4 medium, 1 pound 4oz

1 small onion sliced

**DOT**

2 tablespoons butter divided

Ham

Instructions

PREHEAT:Bake to 350. Oven rack bottom 60 to 75 minutes until potatoes are done.

1. Scaled milk

2. Butter 1 1/2 quart casserole

3. In small cup combine flour with salt and pepper

4. Insert slicing disk, adjust to 2 mm and slice potatoes and onion

5. Lay 1/3 of the potatoes and onion , ham and 1/2 of the flour and 1/2 of the butter over potatoes repeat with another layer of potatoes and onion ham, butter and the flour mixture top with remaing potato slices.

6. Dot with butter then pour hot milk over all.
