Creamy Boursin Chicken Pasta

Ingrédients

8 oz. pasta of choice (I used bow ties)

1 (5.2 oz) package boursin cheese

3-4 cups fresh spinach

6-8 oz shredded cooked chicken breast

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

1)cook pasta until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water before draining (this is important!). drain pasta and it back to the pot. add boursin and a couple tablespoons reserved pasta water; stir until creamy. note: if the pasta is too thick, add more water.

2. add spinach, chicken, and parmesan, stirring until spinach is wilted and parmesan is melted. enjoy!
