Pie Crust

2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter, cold, cut in small pieces
5 tbsp cold water
Instructions
1. Mix flour and salt together. Cut in butter until pea-sized pieces form.
2. Add water one tbsp at a time, tossing lightly with fork.
3. Roll out on floured board and shape as desired.
4. For single-baked crust: Bake bottom crust at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
5. For double crust, bake at 375°F for 5 minutes, then reduce to 350°F until golden brown.
