Royal Icing with Meringue Powder

4 cups powdered sugar
5 tablespoons warm water
3 tablespoons meringue powder
Instructions
Beat all ingredients together until icing forms peaks, about 7-10 minutes with heavy-duty mixer or 10-12 minutes with hand mixer.
For stiff consistency: Add 1 tablespoon less water.
For medium consistency: Add 1/8 teaspoon of water per cup of icing.
For flooding consistency: Add 1 teaspoon of water per cup of icing, adding 1/2 teaspoon at a time.
Let icing sit for 15 minutes to allow bubbles to rise to the top; stir gently before using.
