1 1/2 oz Coconut Syrup

5 drops Saline Solution (80g water 20g salt)

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum

60 g Pineapple (Frozen)

170 g Ice (pebble or crushed ice)

Pineapple Wedge
