1 box Barilla Ditalini pasta
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Kosher salt & pepper to taste
Big handful of spinach
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Upute
In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm olive oil; add garlic and sauté for one minute
Add Barilla Ditalini pasta, then add chicken broth and bring to a simmer; cover and cook until the pasta is al dente
Stir in heavy cream and butter, then Parmesan cheese
Stir in spinach and let cook until wilted, then add tomatoes
Give one final stir to ensure everything is incorporated and coated; top with freshly grated Parmesan, serve, and enjoy
