Tarte Tourbillon À La Raclette

250 g of fillo leaves
150 g of raclette cheese
8 slices of smoked breast
4 cooked potatoes
4 eggs
20 cl of liquid cream
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of nutmeg
3 sprigs of parsley
Upute
Fold the filo dough sheets into an accordion and roll them to form a swirl. Place them in a hinged mould.
In the interstices, slip slices of raclette cheese and pieces of smoked breast.
In a container, beat the eggs with the cream, pepper and nutmeg. Pour over the pie then add slices of cooked potatoes.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 180°C.
At the exit of the oven, sprinkle with chiseled parsley and enjoy immediately.
