Cheeseburger Foil Packets

1 lb ground beef

Steak seasoning

Texas Roadhouse Gold Sauce

4 potatoes

1 onion

1/2 bag baby carrots

Olive oil

Shredded Colby Jack cheese

Upute

Form ground beef into 4 equal size patties. Wash and chop potatoes into cubes. Chop an onion. Slice baby carrots in half.

Lay out a couple of pieces of aluminum foil. Add one chopped potato, a handful of onion and some baby carrots. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the veggies. Season with a little bit of steak seasoning. Top with a burger patty and season with a little bit more steak seasoning. Top the burger with a drizzle of Texas Roadhouse Gold Sauce.

Wrap aluminum foil up tightly. Repeat until all 4 foil packets are assembled.

Heat a grill over medium heat. Place foil packets on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes or until the ground beef is fully cooked and the veggies are tender.

Carefully open the foil packet and add some shredded Colby Jack cheese. Place back on the grill to melt the cheese if needed. Serve with more Texas Roadhouse Gold Sauce and enjoy!
