Caesar's Salad

Hozzávalók

2 cloves garlic

3 anchovies

1 lemon (juice)

80 g Grana Padano

100 g mayonnaise

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt

Pepper

1 tbsp olive oil (cheap, weak flavour)

200g Chicken?

250g Green salad?

Croutons (3-4 pieces of toast bread)

20 g Grana Padano?

1. Make a paste out of anchovies with a knife.

2. Add all other dressing ingredients.

3. Cut the chicken into small pieces and cook.

4. Make croutons.

5. Mix everything together.
