Molasses Kringle Cookies

Hozzávalók

3/4 c shortening

1 c sugar

1 egg, beaten

4 T dark molasses

1 t (scant) ground ginger

1 t cinnamon

2 t baking soda- added to flour

2 c flour

1/2 t salt

Útmutatók

Mix well and roll into small balls. Roll balls into white sugar. Place on greased baking sheets, not too close together as these spread out. Bake at 350° for 10 min or until brown.
