Mini Cheese Cakes

Bahan-bahan

4 eggs

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 tsp vanilla

4 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese

Sunshine vanilla wafers

Can of pie filling

Petunjuk

Mix eggs and sugar together, add cream cheese and vanilla and blend until smooth. Place one cookie upside down in each cupcake liner. Spoon cheese mixture over each cookie. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Cool and top with fruit filling.
