CREAMY CHILI CRISP CHICKEN NOODLES

INGREDIENTS
• 60oz Chicken Breast (1700g) • 2.5 Tbsp Garlic Salt (38g) • 2.5 Tbsp Onion Powder (18g) • 7.5 Tbsps Sriracha (112g) • 2.5 Tbsp Chili Crisp Oil (38g) • 5 Tbsps Soy Sauce (75g) • 5 Tbsps Honey (Optional) (100g) • 20oz Protein Pasta (Dry Weight) (565g) • Green Onion (Optional) (~60g)
Noodle Sauce: • 2.5 Cups Cottage Cheese (0% Fat) • 4 Tbsps Chili Crisp Oil • 1 Cup Fat Free Milk
Petunjuk
1. Add 60oz of chicken breast to a large bowl. Season with 2.5 Tbsps each of garlic salt and onion powder.
2. To the chicken, add 7.5 Tbsps sriracha, 2.5 Tbsps chili crisp oil, 5 Tbsps soy sauce, and 5 Tbsps of optional honey if you want some extra sweetness.
3. Mix the chicken until everything is fully coated and let it marinate for at least 5 minutes.
4. Air fry at 375F (190C) or bake at 400F (205C) for 15-20 minutes.
5. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, chili crisp oil, and fat free milk. Blend until completely smooth, cover with plastic wrap, and set aside for now.
6. Boil and drain 20oz (dry weight) of protein pasta or noodles of choice.
7. Add the sauce made in Step 5 to the cooked noodles and toss the noodles until they are completely coated.
8. Take out 10 meal prep containers, add in 1/10 of the total sauced noodles and 1/10 of the total cooked chicken to each one (you can do this by weighing each one and dividing the weight by 10).
9. (Optional) Top the meals with some fresh green onions and extra chili crisp. 10. Store the containers in the freezer for up to 3 months (go to page 5 for reheating instructions).
