HONEY CHILI CRISP CHICKEN NOODLES

INGREDIENTS
• 60oz Chicken Breast (1700g) • 2.5 Tbsp Garlic Salt (38g) • 2.5 Tbsp Onion Powder (18g) • 7.5 Tbsps Sriracha (112g) • 2.5 Tbsp Chili Crisp Oil (38g) • 5 Tbsps Soy Sauce (75g) • 5 Tbsps Honey (Optional) (100g) • 20oz Protein Pasta (Dry Weight) (565g) • Green Onion (Optional) (~60g)
Noodle Sauce: • 12.5 Tbsps Soy Sauce (187g) • 1.25 Tbsps Rice Vinegar (18g) • 5 Tbsps Sriracha (75g) • 2.5 Tbsp Gochujang Paste (50g) • 2.5 Tbsp Chili Crisp Oil (38g) • 1.25 Tbsps Sesame Oil (18g) • 7.5 Tbsps Honey (150g) • 1.25 Tbsps Corn Starch (12g)
Petunjuk
1. To a large bowl, add 60oz of chicken breast. Season with 2.5 Tsps each of garlic salt and onion powder.
2. To the same bowl, add 7.5 Tbsps sriracha, 2.5 Tbsps chili crisp oil, 5 Tbsps soy sauce, and 5 Tbsps of optional honey if you want some extra sweetness.
3. Mix the chicken until everything is fully coated and let it marinate for at least 5 minutes.
4. Air fry at 375F (190C) or bake at 400F (205C) for 15-20 minutes.
5. Boil and drain 20oz (dry weight) of protein pasta or noodles of choice.
6. In a clean bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, Gochujang, chili crisp oil, sesame oil, honey, and corn starch.
7. Add the sauce to a pan and bring it to a light boil. Reduce for 2-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
8. Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss the noodles until they are completely coated.
9. Take out 10 meal prep containers, add 1/10 of the total noodles and 1/10 of the total cooked chicken to each one (you can do this by weighing each one and dividing the weight by 10). 10. (Optional) Top the meals with some fresh green onions for color and flavor. 11. Store the containers in the freezer for up to 3 months (go to page 5 for reheating instructions).
