INGREDIENTS

• 60oz Lean Steak (Skirt) (1700g) • 1 Tbsp Garlic Salt (15g) • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper (7g) • 0.5 Tbsp Chili Powder (3g) • 0.5 Tbsp Cumin (3g) • 0.5 Tbsp Oregano (3g) • 1 Tbsp Paprika (7g) • 1 Tbsps Olive Oil (15g) • 1 Diced Onion (300g) • 1 Large Diced Bell Pepper (300g) • 0.5 Cup Minced Parsley (Optional) (40g)

Petunjuk

DIRECTIONS

1. Slice an onion and a bell pepper into strips.

2. In a pan, add the sliced vegetables and 1 Tbsp olive oil. Cook them on low heat while stirring for about 8-10 minutes until they are soft.

3. Once the vegetables are cooked, remove from the pan and set aside for now.

4. Take out 60oz of lean steak and slice it into thin strips.

5. Add the strips to the same pan used earlier and season with garlic salt, black pepper, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and paprika.

6. Cook the steak on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

7. Add the cooked vegetables from earlier to the pan and give everything a mix.

8. Evenly divide the fajitas into 10 meal prep containers (you can do this by weighing the finished product and dividing the weight by 10).

9. (Optional) Top the meat with parsley for a little additional color and flavor. 10. Store the containers in the freezer for up to 3 months or in the refrigerator for up to 3 days (go to page 5 for reheating instructions from frozen).
