Sweet Crumbs for Pies

Bahan-bahan

3/4 cup flour

2/3 cup sugar

1/4 tsp. salt

1/3 cup butter

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Petunjuk

Mix together with fork or pastry blender till crumbs are formed. Sprinkle over pie before baking. Spice can be omitted. Bake as usual.

Catatan

Most pies bought in a good Pennsylvania Dutch Bakery would not have a top crust but would have these crumbs instead.
