Sugar Cookies

1 cup butter-flavored shortening

2 eggs

1 cup sour cream

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla

4 cups flour

2 cups sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder

Petunjuk

Combine shortening, eggs, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla. Add sifted dry ingredients, mixing well. Roll out dough, cut into shapes, and bake at 325°F for 8-10 minutes or until golden.
