CRISPY BUFFALO CHICKEN ALFREDO

INGREDIENTS
• 60oz Chicken Breast (1700g) • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour (240g) • 2 Tbsps Garlic Salt (30g) • 2 Tbsps Smoked Paprika (15g) • 2 Tbsps Onion Powder (15g) • 2 Cups Egg Whites (480g) • 0.5 Cup Pickle Juice (120g) • 4 Tbsps Hot Sauce (60g) • 4 Cups Corn Flakes (150g) • 1.25 Cups Buffalo Sauce (300g) • 5 Tbsps Honey (100g) • 3.75 Cups Cottage Cheese (0% Fat) (840g) • 1.25 Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese (150g) • 6 Garlic Cloves (20g) • 1.25 Cups Fat Free Milk (300g) • Fresh Chives (Optional) (30g) • 20oz Protein Pasta (Dry Weight) (565g)

DIRECTIONS
1. Take out 60oz of chicken breasts and dice them into 1-inch cubes.
2. To a large plate, add 2 Cups of flour. Season it with garlic salt, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Cover the chicken pieces completely in the flour. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine 2 Cups of egg whites, 0.5 Cup pickle juice, and 4 Tbsps hot sauce. Dip the floured chicken in the egg white mixture until completely covered. Set aside.
4. Crush up corn flakes in a bag and add them to a plate. Press the wet pieces of chicken into the corn flakes until they are completely covered.
5. Spray the chicken with oil and air fry at 350F (175C) for 10-12 minutes or bake at 375F (190C) for around 12-15 minutes.
6. In a hot pan, combine Buffalo sauce and honey. Bring it to a light boil for a few minutes, then add in the cooked chicken and mix until it's coated in the sauce.
7. To a blender, add cottage cheese, grated parmesan cheese, 6 garlic cloves, 0.5 Tbsp garlic salt, and fat free milk. Blend everything until smooth, cover, and set aside for now.
8. Boil and drain 20oz of protein pasta.
9. Mix the warm pasta with the Alfredo sauce made in Step 7 and mix it together until all noodles are evenly coated with the sauce. 10. Take out 10 meal prep containers, add 1/10 of the total sauced pasta and 1/10 of the total cooked chicken to each one (you can do this by getting the total weight and dividing by 10). 11. (Optional) Top the meals with some fresh chives for color and flavor. 12. Store the containers in the freezer for up to 3 months (go to page 5 for reheating instructions).
