SLOW COOKER BBQ CHICKEN QUESADILLAS

INGREDIENTS

• 40oz Chicken Breast (1135g) • 2 Cups Sugar Free BBQ Sauce (560g) • 2 Tbsps Garlic Salt (30g) • 2 Tbsps Onion Powder (15g) • 2 Tbsps Black Pepper (15g) • 3 Tbsps Honey (Optional) (60g) • 10 Cups Fat Free Mozzarella (1130g) • 10 Low Calorie Tortillas (10-inch Carb Counter)

Petunjuk

DIRECTIONS

1. To a slow cooker, add 40oz of chicken breast, garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper, and 1 Cup BBQ sauce.

2. Mix everything together until all of the chicken is evenly coated.

3. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is tender and shreds easily.

4. When the chicken is done cooking, drain the liquid out of the slow cooker, and shred the chicken up. Add 1 Cup of BBQ sauce and some optional honey if you want to add a little sweetness.

5. Mix the chicken until it's completely covered in the sauce.

6. Assemble the quesadilla by spreading 1 Cup of cheese and 1/10 of the sauced chicken mixture onto a low calorie tortilla and then folding it over. Repeat 9 more times to make a total of 10 quesadillas.

7. Toast the quesadillas in a pan on both sides until golden brown, wrap in aluminum foil and freeze for up to 3 months (go to page 4 for reheating instructions).
