• 60oz Chicken Breast (1700g) • 1 Medium White Onion (225g) • 6 Garlic Cloves (20g) • Cilantro (40g) • 1 Can Chipotle Peppers (7oz) (200g) • 0.5 Cup Lime Juice (120g) • 0.5 Cup Orange Juice (120g) • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder (7g) • 1 Tbsp Cumin (7g) • 1 Tbsp Oregano (7g) • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper (7g) • 3 Tbsps Honey (Optional) (60g)

Petunjuk

1. In a large blender, combine onion, garlic, cilantro, a can of chipotle peppers, lime juice, orange juice, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and black pepper.

2. (Optional) Add 3 Tbsps of honey to the blender you want to add a little sweetness.

3. Blend everything together until smooth.

4. Take out a large Ziploc bag and put your chicken in it.

5. (Optional) Pound and flatten the chicken while it's in the bag so it cooks more evenly.

6. Add the marinade to the bag with the chicken and seal it. Move the bag around to make sure all of the chicken is coated in the marinade

7. Let the bag sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to absorb all of the flavors. I recommend letting it sit overnight for the best results.

8. After marinating, cook the chicken on both sides in a pan on high heat until proper internal temperature (you can also do this on a hot grill).

9. After cooking, let the chicken rest for a few minutes. Then, dice it into 1-inch pieces. Top it with some of the leftover cilantro. 10. Evenly divide the meat into 10 meal prep containers (you can do this by weighing the finished product and dividing the weight by 10). 11. Store the containers in the freezer for up to 3 months or in the refrigerator for up to 3 days (go to page 5 for reheating instructions from frozen).
