HONEY CHIPOTLE CHICKEN PASTA

INGREDIENTS

• 3.75 Cups Cottage Cheese (0% Fat) (840g) • 1.25 Cups Tomato Sauce (300g) • 8 Garlic Cloves (25g) • 5 Tbsps Garlic Salt (75g) • 1.25 Cups Fat Free Milk (300g) • 5 Tbsps Honey (Optional) (100g) • 60oz Chicken Breast (1700g) • 2.5 Tbsps Smoked Paprika (18g) • 2.5 Tbsps Onion Powder (18g) • Fresh Chives (30g) • 2 Cans Chipotle Peppers (14oz Total) (400g) • 20oz Protein Pasta (Dry Weight) (565g)

DIRECTIONS

1. In a blender, combine 3.75 Cups cottage cheese, 1.25 Cups tomato sauce, 8 garlic cloves, 3 chipotle peppers, 2.5 Tbsps garlic salt, 1.25 Cups milk, and an optional 2 Tbsps of honey if you want to add a little sweetness to the dish.

2. Blend until everything is smooth, cover with plastic wrap, and set aside.

3. To a large bowl, add 60oz of chicken breast, as well as 2.5 Tbsps each of garlic salt, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Additionally, add the remainder of the chipotle peppers (around 12oz diced) and 3 Tbsps of honey.

4. Mix everything together and let the chicken marinate for about 30 minutes.

5. Air fry the chicken at 375F (190C) for 15-20 minutes or bake it at 400F (205C) for around 20-25 minutes, or until proper internal temperature.

6. Boil and drain 20oz of protein pasta.

7. Mix the warm cooked pasta with the chipotle sauce made in Steps 1 & 2.

8. Take out 10 meal prep containers, add 1/10 of the total sauced pasta and 1/10 of the total cooked chicken to each one (you can do this by weighing each one and dividing the weight
