CHICKEN BACON RANCH PASTA

INGREDIENTS
• 60oz Chicken Breast (1700g) • 2.5 Tbsps Garlic Salt (38g) • 2.5 Tbsps Smoked Paprika (18g) • 2.5 Tbsps Onion Powder (18g) • 3.75 Cups Cottage Cheese (0% Fat) (840g) • 1.25 Cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese (140g) • 2.5 Tbsps Ranch Seasoning (25g) • 1.25 Cups Fat Free Milk (300g) • 20 Center Cut Bacon Strips (140g) • Fresh Chives (30g) (Optional) • 20oz Dry Protein Pasta (565g)

DIRECTIONS
1. Take out 60oz of chicken breasts. Season them with garlic salt, smoked paprika, and onion powder until the chicken is completely coated.
2. Air fry the chicken at 375F (190C) for 15-20 minutes or bake it at 400F (205C) for around 20-25 minutes, or until proper internal temperature.
3. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, shredded Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning, and fat free milk.
4. Blend until everything is smooth, cover with plastic wrap, and set aside.
5. Line up 20 center cut bacon strips on a baking tray. Cook at 350F (175C) for around 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
6. Boil and drain 20oz of protein pasta
7. Mix the warm cooked pasta with the ranch sauce made in Steps 3 & 4. Add about half of the bacon strips (diced, and mix until the noodles and bacon bits are coated in the sauce.
8. Take out 10 meal prep containers, add 1/10 of the total sauced pasta, 1/10 of the total cooked chicken, and 1 diced bacon strip to each serving (you can do this by weighing each one and dividing the weight by 10).
9. (Optional) Top the meals with some fresh chives for color and flavor. 10. Store the containers in the freezer for up to 3 months (go to page 5 for reheating instructions).
