GARLIC BUTTER STEAK

INGREDIENTS

• 60oz Lean Steak (Top Round or Skirt) (1700g) • 2 Tbsps Garlic Salt (30g) • 2 Tbsps Black Pepper (15g) • 5 Tbsps Minced Garlic (60g) • 5 Tbsps Light Butter (75g) • Parsley (30g)

Petunjuk

DIRECTIONS

1. Take out 60oz of lean steak and dice it into 1-inch pieces.

2. Transfer the pieces to a large bowl. Season the steak with 2 Tbsps each of garlic salt and black pepper.

3. Mix the steak until all of the pieces are evenly coated.

4. In small batches (15-20 pieces), add the seasoned steak to a hot pan and cook on high until the steak is golden brown.

5. When the steak is almost done, add a tablespoon of light butter and a tablespoon of minced garlic to the pan.

6. Let the butter melt and cook the steak for about 1 minute while mixing it.

7. Repeat until the rest of the steak is cooked.

8. Evenly divide the meat into 10 meal prep containers (you can do this by weighing the finished product and dividing the weight by 10).

9. Store the containers in the freezer for up to 3 months or in the refrigerator for up to 3 days (go to page 5 for reheating instructions from frozen).
