INGREDIENTS

• 60oz Chicken Breast (1700g) • 2 Tbsps Garlic Salt (30g) • 2 Tbsps Black Pepper (15g) • 1 Diced Onion (300g) • 1 Large Diced Bell Pepper (300g) • 1 Cup Fat Free Mozzarella (115g) • 0.5 Cup Greek Yogurt (0% Fat) (115g) • 4oz Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese (115g) • 0.5 Cup Minced Parsley (Optional) (40g)

Petunjuk

DIRECTIONS

1. Take out 60oz of chicken breast and dice it into 1-inch pieces.

2. Add the chicken to a large bowl and season with garlic salt and black pepper.

3. To a pan, add diced onions and bell peppers and cook for about 5-7 minutes on medium heat until they become translucent. Set aside for now.

4. To the same pan, add the seasoned chicken and cook on high heat until the meat is cooked through and you start to see some color form.

5. Turn the heat down to low. Add mozzarella, provolone, and the cooked veggies made earlier. Add a splash of water, and cover with a lid.

6. Once the cheese melts, add the Greek yogurt and mix together very well.

7. Evenly divide the meat into 10 meal prep containers (you can do this by weighing the finished product and dividing the weight by 10).

8. (Optional) Top the chicken with parsley for a little additional color and flavor.

9. Store the containers in the freezer for up to 3 months or in the refrigerator for up to 3 days (go to page 5 for reheating instructions from frozen).
