Chimichurri Sauce

1 cup parsley (1 bunch)

1 red jalapeño (optional)

5 cloves garlic

2 tsp salt

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

2/3 cup olive oil

Chop everything up

Mix in liquids

Let sit for at least 20 min

Very good but I think there is too much olive oil. I used nearly 1 cup and it was too much. Haven’t tried jalapeño but I’m sure it’d be good
