• 1 Cup Tomato Sauce (250g) • 0.5 Cup Cottage Cheese (0% Fat) (112g) • 2 Tbsps Hot Sauce (30g) • 30oz Lean Ground Beef (96/4) (850g) • 1 Tbsp Garlic Salt (15g) • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning (7g) • 1 Tbsp Paprika (7g) • 2 Servings Turkey Pepperoni (60g) • 1 Tbsp Parsley Flakes (5g) • 5 Cups Fat Free Mozzarella (560g) • 10 Low Calorie Tortillas (10-inch Carb Counter)
Petunjuk
1. In a blender, combine 1 Cup tomato sauce, 0.5 Cup cottage cheese, and 2 Tbsps of your favorite hot sauce. Blend until smooth.
2. Add 30oz ground beef to a pan, break it up, and cook until it is almost done.
3. When the beef is almost done, season with 1 Tbsp each of garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
4. Let the meat cool down a little, then add turkey pepperonis, the sauce made in Step 1, and 1 Tbsp parsley flakes. Mix together until combined.
5. Assemble the roll ups with a low calorie tortilla, about 1/10 of the meat mixture, and 0.5 Cup of mozzarella.
6. Roll everything into a burrito shape and repeat the process 9 more times to make a total of 10 roll ups. Wrap in aluminum foil and store in the freezer for up to 3 months (go to page 6 for reheating instructions).
