INGREDIENTS

• 30oz Lean Steak (Top Round or Strip) (850g) • 2 Tbsps Garlic Salt (30g) • 2 Tbsps Black Pepper (14g) • 1.5 Cups Diced Onions (Optional) (200g) • 1.5 Cups Diced Bell Peppers (Optional) (300g) • 10 Cups Fat Free Mozzarella (1120g) • Chlantro (30g) • 10 Low Calorie Tortillas (10-inch Carb Counter)

Petunjuk

DIRECTIONS

1. Take out 30oz of steak and season it on both sides with garlic salt and some fresh black pepper.

2. To a hot pan, add the steak and cook on both sides for a few minutes on high heat until it's golden brown.

3. After cooking, let the steak rest for a few minutes and dice into small pieces.

4. (Optional) Use the same pan to cook diced onions and bell peppers for about 5-7 minutes on medium heat until they are almost soft.

5. Assemble the quesadilla by spreading 1 Cup of cheese, 1/10 of the steak, some fresh cilantro, and the cooked vegetables (optional) onto a low calorie tortilla and then folding it over. Repeat 9 more times to make a total of 10 quesadillas.

6. Toast the quesadillas in a pan on both sides until golden brown, wrap in aluminum foil and freeze for up to 3 months (go to page 4 for reheating instructions).
