German Oven Pancake

Ingredienti

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup milk

3 eggs

2 Tbsp butter

1/4 tsp salt

Istruzioni

Put butter in a Pyrex pie dish and set in preheated oven at 400°F until hot and bubbly (3-5 minutes). Meanwhile, mix flour, eggs, and milk with fork. Pour into hot pie dish and return to oven. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. It will rise and puff up. Can sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with butter, syrup, or jam. Or can top with fruit, fresh orange juice, a little brown sugar, and sour cream.
