Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredienti

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup shortening

1 tsp water

1/2 tsp vanilla

Istruzioni

Mix dry and moist ingredients separately. Blend together. Make dough into 1-inch balls. Flatten on cookie sheet with fork in criss-cross pattern. Bake at 325°F for 15-20 minutes. Top with Hershey’s chocolate kiss.
