Pecan Crunch

Ingredienti

1 cup butter (2 cubes)

1 cup white sugar

1/4 cup water

1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups pecans

Istruzioni

1. Combine ingredients, except nuts, in a heavy pan. Cook on high, covered, until mixture begins to boil.

2. Remove lid and stir constantly with a wooden spoon until caramel colored.

3. Remove from heat and add pecans.

4. Pour into a flat 12" x 13" pan and spread with a knife into a thin layer.

5. Cool and break into pieces.
