Chocolate Cake

Ingredienti

Cake:

1 Cup flour

1 Cup sugar

1/4 Cup cocoa

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 large egg

1/2 Cup vegetable oil

1/2 Cup buttermilk

1/2 Cup hot water

Frosting:

5 Tablespoons butter

1/4 cup cocoa

1 1/4 Cup powdered sugar

2-3 Tablespoons milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Istruzioni

Mix cake ingredients

Bake in 8x8 pan at 350 for 25-30 minutes

Mix frostring ingredients in pan on stove

Frost warm cake

Note

The frosting should be shiny and smooth
