2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cold water
3 tablespoons olive oil

Heat griddle on medium heat and lightly grease with oil. In large bowl, combine all ingredients and knead in a dough ball.
Seperate dough into fist-sized balls and roll out each ball on floured surface.
Cook on griddle until light golden and slightly dry looking. Flip and cook other side. Watch carefully
