Banana Dark Choc, Overnight Oats

40g oats
1/2 banana
1 tsp honey (or sweetener of your choice)
100ml water
100g of high protein yoghurt
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 dark choc square and 2 banana slices to decorate
Istruzioni
1 Mix oats, water, 1/2 banana and honey until combined.
2 Microwave for 1 min 30sec.
3 Mix cocoa powder & yoghurt and spread over the oat layer (which should have a compact texture after microwaving it).
4 Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
5 Top with a couple of banana slices and sprikle some crushed dark choc to serve!
