Wise Men Trifle

Ingredienti

2 (10 oz) angel food cakes or sponge cake

Strawberry jam

10 oz frozen strawberries

1 tsp cornstarch

2 (3 oz) pkgs instant vanilla pudding

2 cups whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 cup orange juice

Istruzioni

Slice cake into thin pieces and spread jam on slices to make sandwiches. Prepare pudding according to package directions and set aside.

Boil strawberries and cornstarch until thickened. Let cool.

Whip cream, adding vanilla and powdered sugar.

In large bowl, layer half of cake sandwiches, drizzle with orange juice, add pudding, strawberries, and whipped cream. Repeat layers.
