Tahini Dressing

¼ cup smooth tahini*
3 tablespoons water (plus more if needed)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 small garlic clove (grated)
¼ teaspoon sea salt

In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, water, lemon juice, olive oil, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic, and salt until smooth.
If the dressing is too thick, add more water, ½ tablespoon at a time, until it’s a drizzleable consistency.
