Beef or Turkey Sliders

8 oz lean ground beef

2 tsp worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

4 slider buns

Cheddar cheese

1/2 cup spring mix

Pickles

手順

Add ground beef, worcestershire sauce, A1, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper, mix with hands and make 4, 2 oz. patties (be sure to make them wide/flatter that normal as they'll shrink and thicken up once on the stove)

Heat cast iron over medium high heat, spray bottom with oil spray. Once hot, add patties. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Add cheese the last 2 minutes to melt.

Slice buns in half, add burgers, top with spring mix, pickles, tomatoes, onions or any other toppings you like.
