Million Dollar Roast Beef Tenderloin

2 lb beef tenderloin
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Rub the beef tenderloin with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tenderloin on all sides until browned (about 3-4 minutes per side).
Transfer the tenderloin to a baking dish and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (medium-rare).
In the same skillet, add mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Add beef broth, butter, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Remove the tenderloin from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice into medallions.
Pour the mushroom sauce over the sliced tenderloin and serve warm.
