⅓ Cup Dark Soy Sauce
½ Cup Light Soy Sauce
½ Cup Shaoxin Cooking Wine
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
2 Spring Chopped Onions

Mix together all the ingredients.
Add meat to a plastic zip-lock bad and pour over the marinade. Marinade for 4-24 hours.
