Greek Salad

재료

  • 1 Red, Orange, Yellow, Bell Pepper (Diced)

  • 8oz president feta cheese

  • 16.5 oz NatureSweet cherub tomatoes

  • Mint

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 red onion

  • Green mix (todo!)

  • Kens simply vinaigrette Greek dressing

  • Chicken thighs (weight?)

  • Spices (salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder?)

방향

  1. dice/cube peppers

  2. Slice onion (cut long ones in half)

  3. Slice cucumber

  4. Halve cherry tomatoes

  5. Add in large bowl with greens

  6. toss with Greek salad dressing and crumbled feta

Chicken

  1. Cook in pan on high heat with salt pepper and paprika

  2. Cool slice and plate on top of salad
