Spanish Chicken Paella

1 onion

1 block of garlic

2 chicken breast

2 cups of paella rice

Chicken stock

Chorizo

Peas

Smoked paprika

방향

  • fry onions and garlic till browned

  • add rice and smoked paprika and gently fry for 1 minute

  • pour over enough chicken stock to cover

  • add peas and chicken

  • season with salt and pepper

  • bring to simmer.

  • put lid on and put in oven at 180 until rice is tender and chicken is cooked

  • (fry chorizo and add at the end)
