If there is one dish that screams comfort in every bite then it has to be this 🥹 its an easy comforting recipe that makes for yummiest and wholesome meal ever ❤️

start by par boiling 2 potatoes & peeling it & slicing it in 4 (or how you prefer)

then in a pan heat some oil / ghee add the potatoes, & 1/2 capsicum finely chopped

add 1 tsp of salt & some Kasturi methi & sauté well

now remove this from pan in the same pan heat some oil,

add 1 tsp jeera, 1 onion finely chopped, brown a little then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 green chillies finely chopped & cook this until raw smell goes away

now add blended tomatoes to the pan (2 small tomatoes), along with a splash of water

now add 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp garam masala

cook this well for 10-12 mins at least until gravy thickens

now add 2 spoons of dahi & cook this well again

now add in your sautéed potatoes, mix well

add coriander & lemon juice & mix well & enjoy
