Fried Bananas

1/2 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

3/4 cup water

3 green (firm) bananas

Roll bananas in half of the flour mixture, then coat in remaining flour mixture. Fry banana pieces in 2 inches of oil at medium heat until golden, about 5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
