1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tbsp honey

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp heavy cream

5 tbsp vegetable oil

5/8 cup (0.625 cup) bread flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Preheat oven to 356F.

Smash bananas. Add brown sugar & honey. Add remaining wet ingredients.

Combine dry ingredients and add to wet mixture.

Line loaf pan with parchment & bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
