No bake peanut butter oat cups

Ingredientai

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup almond flour or all purpose flour

1 cup natural peanut butter

1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp salt

chocolate topping:

1/2 cup chocolate chips

2 tbs peanut butter

flaky salt

Mix all ingredients together. Scoop into muffin tins lined with paper cups. Freeze for two hours top with chocolate and peanut butter melted together.
