Ingredientai

3 Onion medium sized sliced thin

2 Tomatoes sliced small pieces

2 stem Curry Leaves

1 tsp Salt

¼ tsp Turmeric Powder

2 ½ tsp Chilly Powder

¼ tsp Pepper Powder

½ tsp Fennel Powder

½ tsp Garam Masala

½ cup Hot Water

2 tsp Oil

Nurodymai

In a hot pan, add oil and sauté curry leaves.

After few seconds, add onion along with salt and sauté until onion is golden brown colour.

Lower the heat down and add all the powder.

Sauté until raw smell is gone.

Then add tomatoes and mix well.

Add hot water and cover pan and allow to cook in medium heat for 7 minutes.

Squish all the cooked tomatoes and mix well.

Allow it to cook covered for another 3 minutes.

Ulli curry ready to serve.

Pastabos

If you prefer less gravy, cook it without lid after tomato is squished.
