1 tbsp tomato paste
1 Tbsp garlic paste

1/2 Lemon Juice/Zest
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 tsp Coriander
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Salt (or more to taste after cooked)
2 Tbsp Honey
Red chilli flakes (hearts desire)

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs chicken thighs
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
5-10 Basil leaves fresh (optional)
2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 Tbsp lime zest
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

INGREDIENTS
4 chicken thighs, fat trimmed
3-5 cloves of garlic, minced
2 heaping Tbsp of gochujang paste
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 dash of fish sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Gochugaru (or more if you like it spicier)
pinch of salt
1 tsp cracked black pepper
3 tbsp water
sliced scallions, optional

1 large sweet onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp garlic paste (or 6-7 cloves garlic)
1 tbsp ginger paste
3 tbsp oil of choice
1.5 tbs Xawaash spice
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp turmeric (optional)
1 tsp cayenne (optionally more if you like spicy)
1/2 tsp mustard powder (optional, can use regular mustard)
